INTRODUCING: P.E. REZ Training!
P.E. REZ is our new, exclusive speciality training program hosted at the scenic Silver Lake Reservoir.
As we forge a path ahead and overcome the challenges brought upon us by the pandemic, we’ve decided to return to our roots for inspiration. It was was eleven years ago at that same beautiful reservoir where Phys. Ed. Studio’s owner and professionally certified trainer, Micah McKinley set the foundation for the fitness business of his dreams.
We take pride in connecting with our community and took note of some well thought feedback to help us better serve our clients. We truly appreciate the passion expressed for a return of our highly regarded outdoor programs
So it is with great satisfaction to present our newly revised outdoor, one-on-one personal training or duo training that has been successful since 2010.

Our Methods of Cleaning/ Training AND Safety:
Like our P.E. facility we value cleanliness as much as exercise. All equipment will arrive clean and remain sanitized during your session. Each item used will be cleaned during and after each client with professional medical grade products. Hand sanitizer will also be on site to use, but you are welcome to bring your own.
At this time we will not encourage face to face encounters with boxing and mitt drills. There are other trainers in the area whom we’ll leave to that service. Though we are familiar with some glove training, (Boxing) isn’t an item on our fitness menu. We want to be clear should that be an outdoor request.
All workouts are designed to be done with safe proximity, following current standards and local regulations. We are not hands-on trainers, as our exercise base is founded on educating body weight, balance and progressive strength training. All of which can be performed with a safe trainer demo presentation, and informative communication. In short, we take the complicated talk out of fitness and make good sense of it at all levels.
